Africa 6/15/26

It was a good week out here, zone conference, Zl exchanges, and so many Africans.


Monday
One of the members took us out for lunch at this chinese place with this dude named Steve. Steve likes fishing and has Ozzy Osbourne tattoos so he's the coolest guy ever.

Tuesday
In the morning the zone leaders asked if we were still good for our exchange. We forgot about it so we packed and went to philly for the day. The zone leaders live in south west Philly so I got to be "Ella Mo" for the day in Africa town. I love Africans so much. That night we got to the apartment and I got to see the goat Elder Waite.

Wednesday
Zone conference and I got to see the old whitehall quad there. I've missed Elder Crane so much it was the longest two weeks of my whole life. Zone conference was good and then we went home and it dumped rain. 

Thursday
Had some nice lessons and found some cool people.

Friday
Watched a naked lady run around the gas station parking lot while we taught our Haitian friend. I actually ended up seeing two topless girls today. Had some good lessons though.

Saturday
Had some really cool lessons today and Steve gave me a string cheese and a pepsi. Such an under-rated combo.

Sunday
HAD 9 FRIENDS AT CHURCH, holy awesome. Put our boy Steve on date for baptism. 5/6 friends on date pulled up to church and it was so good. 

Crazy guy of the week
Nothing too crazy this week. When I went to Philly it was just usual crazy Philly people screaming and we found a dude with a 67 tattoo who challenged us to a race while he was drinking pineapple fanta, then he started moon walking. Naked Philly girls are kind of crazy too but it's hot and humid so I can't even blame them🤷‍♂️

Finally in the Field 9/22/25

Whats up everyone, this last week has been crazy. I wrapped stuff up at the mtc and now I'm finally in the field. The MTC Being able to leave the third member of the trio and not have to be someones mom anymore was amazing, however saying goodbye to everyone else sucked. I made a lot of new friends at the MTC and I'm gonna miss them, shoutout to the boys in district 20 N, the boys in room 121 and especially my old comp Elder Carter.  There were like 25 kids going from the MTC to Philly so we definetly got some weird looks while we were at the airport. We had a bunch of delays so we didn't get to Philly until pretty late. Despite that they still loaded everyone into some vans and drove us to the mission home to meet the Mission President. Brother and sister Corbridge were super welcoming and kind. After they gave us dinner we loaded back up and slept in a hotel. New transfer 7/13/26

Been a good week, did some stuff. Monday Last P day of the transfer and we spent it with the other elders in the district. Went to Valley Forge and saw George Washington's house and church. Went to mission BBQ and this lady named Ellie who always gives us free food said goodbye to the Elders that were leaving. Went to the mall and bought a hat. Tuesday First day of the new transfer. We were late to transfers because Elder Hillam didn't start packing until this morning. Picked up my new comp Elder Gosman. Ate a cheesesteak. Wednesday Lead district council with my fly down the whole time. Some might say I'm a visible leader  Thursday Had a lady flirt with us pretty hard at a McDonalds but nothing really happened today. Friday Nothing too crazy happened today either. The bishop fed us pizza though. Saturday Taught the whole day it was awesome. We just went from lesson to lesson nonstop.
