New transfer 7/13/26

Been a good week, did some stuff.


Monday
Last P day of the transfer and we spent it with the other elders in the district. Went to Valley Forge and saw George Washington's house and church. Went to mission BBQ and this lady named Ellie who always gives us free food said goodbye to the Elders that were leaving. Went to the mall and bought a hat.

Tuesday
First day of the new transfer. We were late to transfers because Elder Hillam didn't start packing until this morning. Picked up my new comp Elder Gosman. Ate a cheesesteak.

Wednesday
Lead district council with my fly down the whole time. Some might say I'm a visible leader 😉

Thursday
Had a lady flirt with us pretty hard at a McDonalds but nothing really happened today.

Friday
Nothing too crazy happened today either. The bishop fed us pizza though.

Saturday
Taught the whole day it was awesome. We just went from lesson to lesson nonstop. It also dumped rain which is nice in July but I walked a hole through one of my shoes so my right foot was soaked all day. Also put our friend Britany on date.

Sunday
Extended a date to our friend Jack at church. One of the kids did a musical number on the piano in sacrament meeting and played minecraft music and nobody noticed except us.

Crazy guy of the week
My new comp is the world's most nerdy person ever. All he did back home was play minecraft while listening to science videos in the background. For like 7 hours a day for years straight. He's actually so funny.

Nothing too crazy this week but it is what it is. Love you all Elder Monroe out.

What's up everyone. Been a couple weeks so that's my bad but things have been great out here. Updates, I'm leaving Norristown and I'm going to be zone leading for the first time in Philly. So much stuff going on last couple weeks but I'll just give some highlights and catch up on crazy guy of the week. Highlights Yesterday Jack and Michelle got baptized and it was so awesome. Exchanges President interviews Lowlights Lots of driving Saying goodbyes Packing all my stuff Crazy guy of the week from two weeks ago: Bro Walter We went and did some service for an inactive member and all of his tools were Ryobi and that's crazy. I'm glad I was born and raised in Ace hardware because Ryobi sucks. I was mowing his lawn and I went through 3 batteries on this electric lawn mower, it was self propelled and it would drive and then randomly stop. Buy dewalt. What's up everyone! First week in the new area is all done. I absolutely love it already. I am in the Pennypack Ward which is in Northeast Philly. We replaced a companionship of sisters and I am Zone leading for the first time. Here's some stats Pros I am in a quad with Elder Hart again, I haven't seen him since Allentown. Elder Jensen cooks me food.  I made a my little pony tie General conference  Cons Everyone here is Russian and idk how to speak Russian  Friends falling off date Being called gay for my my little pony tie Crazy guy of the week I'm not going to lie we found like no crazy people this week unfortunately but we will be on the lookout this week
